About Me

Barajas has had the opportunity to live and work in eight different counties in three continents, North-America, Europe, and South America. She believes in a collaborative and strength-based approach. Ruth tailors the therapy process to meet the individual’s immediate goals fostering long-lasting personal growth. She is passionate about serving the expatriate community, given her experiences living and working overseas, and her interest in promoting cross-cultural communication and understanding.

Her professional background as a psychologist, along with her personal experience, allows her to support her patients through different challenges. Ruth’s primary goal in every treatment is to provide her clients with long-lasting strategies that promote healthy behaviors to adapt to any new situation.
